Wrexham Environmental Network: Energy Saving & Renewable Energy Event - Saturday 17th March

As part of the Climate Week and the National Science & Engineering Week, the Wrexham Environmental Network (WEN) is holding an Energy Saving & Renewable Energy Event on Saturday 17th March at the Catrin Finch Centre at Glyndwr University, Wrexham, 11.00am - 4.00pm.

This is a not-to-be-missed event bringing public, private, commercial, industry, educational and 3rd party sectors together to learn, advice and share best practice.

• Exhibitors will display a broad range of energy saving and renewable energy technologies
• Short presentations on a rolling programme throughout the day given by experts
• Workshops
• Demonstrations and interactive displays
• Information resource network portal providing information on the benefits and how to be involved with the Wrexham Environmental Network, support future projects and how to access information and promote other events, projects and networks
• Display area to showcase schools, community and business energy saving & renewable energy projects; support sharing of best practice, knowledge and skills transfer
• Local Authority Network update of what’s happening within the Climate Change departments of Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and West Cheshire
